Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests should be initiated within 3 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be provided to the customer if we receive the request within 3 hours of the order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number.
- Cancellations after 3 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that we can stop the order’s processing. In such cases, you may be responsible for the full purchase price
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Any refund initiated might take up to 2-7 business days to reflect in your bank account. The actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Once the order is placed using any coupon, and the customer finds other coupons with higher discount value, the request for a refund of the difference should be made within 3 hours. Refunds will not be provided if the order is already packed or ready to dispatch or already dispatched.
We request every customer to “Read Our All Policy Clearly” to avoid future problems.
We suggest our customer to take unboxing video while opening the BOX, after getting the delivery. This will help us to resolve the problem.
Returns:
We prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products. However, returns will only be accepted under specific circumstances:
- Damaged Product: If customers receive damaged items, they must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records.
- Wrong Product Received: If customers receive the wrong product, they must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or provide a refund.
- Quantifiable Reason for Unsatisfied Product: In cases where customers are unsatisfied with the product due to reasons such as taste, texture, or quality, a return may be considered if the reason is quantifiable. Customers must provide detailed feedback along with specific reasons for their dissatisfaction. Our customer service team will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Upon approval, customers will be provided with instructions on how to return the items.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
